Attorney Overview

Gary Palumbo joined Bayer & Carey in 1975 and is one of the firm’s shareholders.  Born in upstate New York, Mr. Palumbo graduated magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame in 1972.  He graduated from the University of Colorado School of Law in 1975 and was admitted to the Colorado Bar the same year.  Mr. Palumbo has been an active trial lawyer, representing insurance companies and their policyholders throughout the entirety of his career.  His practice focuses on the defense of personal injury, wrongful death, defamation, employment discrimination, and construction defect cases.  Mr. Palumbo is a member of the Notre Dame Club of Denver, the Notre Dame Club of Vail, and is a lifetime member of the University of Colorado Alumni Association.  His pastimes include skiing, mountain biking, whitewater kayaking, and golf.
