James D. O’Donnell

Attorney Overview

Mr. O’Donnell was born and raised in Maryland.  After marrying a Colorado native, David moved to Denver three years ago with his family and has enjoyed every moment of it. David received his J.D. from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where he was a member of the school’s National Trial Team. While in law school, David became a certified mediator and has used these skills to successfully mediate over two dozen cases.  David graduated from Lawrence University, Cum Laude, with a B.A. in Political Science.

Throughout his career David has served as a defense counsel for a multitude of insurance carriers and insureds in matters ranging from wrongful death to workers’ compensation claims.  In his spare time David enjoys cooking, rooting for the Green Bay Packers, and spending time with his wife and two young children.
